This 90 minute full body massage treatment allows time to adjust to your needs, adress your areas of pain and tension whilst offering a deep relaxation at the same time. Techniques used are chosen individually and may involve deep pressure, trigger point treatment, lymphatic drainage, passive stretches and mobilizing as well as relaxing and rebalancing techniques. The amount of pressure you prefer will always be respected and therapeutic needs integrated into a comforting session. Oil used is almond oil, gently scented with locally made essential oils that aid recovery and relaxation. Allow 20 minutes extra in total for the intake in advance and a relaxed awakening after the session.
