Baby massage can be done from birth. It is very beneficial for any baby´s physical and emotional development and, especially when regularly applied by the parents or mother, creates a nice bonding experience. I believe it is even more valuable for babies who have come into this world via a cesarian or babies that have been separated from the mother after birth. Besides giving baby massages, i can also teach the parents some simple, gentle yet effective techniques.
