Who we are
Book a personalized massage treatment, adapted to your needs. Whether you´re looking for a relaxing treatment, are experiencing pain or need help to recover from physical strain, you´re in good hands! I offer my services in Sagres on 3 days a week (Tues, Thurs & Fri. from 9am - 1pm) and am available there and in Raposeira upon request. Besides massage treatments, i offer physiotherapy and exercise group classes (Pilates & Yoga based). For health purposes only.
