Indah in Lagos

My name is Indah, with almost 20 yrs of experience in body work, Pilates teaching and a bsc. in Physiotherapy, i offer you care and treatments with the skills and knowledge gained and developed over the years. Your comfort and relaxation are just as important as adressing your pain and physical issues, we aim to give you an all -round treatment and give you exercises to take home for your continued well being. If you want to learn about massage yourself, you can take the integrative massage course with me! I am also a nature walking guide combining walks with exercises of mindfulness along the way.
